Shipping Policy

Garage Sale Sports carefully packages every order to help ensure your cards, collectibles, and supplies arrive safely.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and shipped within two business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Any unusual delay will be communicated using the email address or marketplace messaging associated with the order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout or in the individual product listing before purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping charges unless the listing specifically includes free shipping.

Available shipping services and costs may vary based on the item’s size, weight, value, destination, and selling platform.

Shipping Methods

Garage Sale Sports may use USPS, UPS, or another appropriate carrier based on the order.

Eligible lower-value trading cards purchased through eBay may be shipped using eBay Standard Envelope, which includes limited tracking through eBay. Cards that do not qualify for this service, along with higher-value cards, graded cards, collectibles, sealed products, and supplies, will generally be shipped as tracked packages.

The shipping method shown during checkout or in the marketplace listing will apply to the order.

Packaging

Trading cards are packaged with appropriate protection based on the card and shipping method. This may include penny sleeves, top loaders, semi-rigid holders, team bags, protective cardboard, padded mailers, or shipping boxes.

Sealed products, collectibles, and card supplies are packaged to provide reasonable protection during transit.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when included with the selected shipping service. Tracking for eBay purchases will appear in the buyer’s eBay purchase history. Tracking for orders placed directly through Garage Sale Sports will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Some economy envelope services provide limited tracking and may not receive the same carrier scans as a standard package.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery dates shown at checkout or by the selling platform are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Combined Shipping

Multiple eligible items purchased in the same transaction may be combined into one shipment when practical. Combined-shipping discounts, when available, will be shown during checkout or applied according to the marketplace’s shipping rules.

Some items may need to ship separately because of their size, value, packaging requirements, or marketplace restrictions.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders will only be shipped to the address associated with the completed transaction.

If an address needs to be changed, please contact us before the order ships. For security and seller-protection purposes, an order may need to be canceled and placed again using the correct address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If an order has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, please contact Garage Sale Sports or open an appropriate request through the marketplace where the purchase was made.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

We will review the situation and assist with a replacement, refund, carrier claim, or other appropriate resolution based on the order and applicable marketplace policies.

International Shipping

International shipping is available only when offered during checkout or in the applicable marketplace listing.

Eligible international eBay purchases may be processed through eBay International Shipping. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or fees charged by their country or shipping provider.

Marketplace Purchases

Orders placed through eBay or another third-party marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s shipping terms and buyer-protection policies. If this policy conflicts with the shipping terms displayed on a marketplace listing, the terms shown on the marketplace transaction will control.
